No Refund Policy

This policy applies to all mind healing, Akashic Records reading and soul journey sessions booked through Heal with Pooja Gulati.

1. All sales are final

Once a session is booked and confirmed, payment is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including change of mind.

2. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a confirmed session, you may request to reschedule by messaging us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to offer an alternative slot, subject to availability.

3. Late arrival or no-show

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time. If you do not attend without prior notice, the session is treated as complete and is non-refundable.

4. Session quality

Mind healing, Akashic Records readings and soul journey work are personal, intuitive processes, and outcomes vary from person to person. Because of this, dissatisfaction with the direction or content of a session does not qualify for a refund. If something felt off during your session, please message us — we're glad to talk it through.

5. Technical issues

If a session cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end, we will offer a replacement session at no additional cost.

6. Free resources

The 21-Day Meditation & Chakra Healing Practice Plan and any other free resources are provided at no cost and are not subject to this policy.
